Based on the basic requirements of Huacao Renewable Resources Recycling Center for a large data monitoring screen, HBONY has designed this solution with the core goals of "customizing the large screen style, adapting to display devices, and enhancing product experience", and adopts HBONY's 46-inch 3.5mm LCD video wall units.
The massive display screen is composed of 40 LCD splicing units (model: HBY-PJ460P) arranged in a 4-row × 10-column layout, with a resolution of 1920×1080, a screen brightness of 500 cd/m², and a 178° viewing angle—all of which ensure clear presentation of data content. Supporting 24/7 non-stop operation, it enables real-time, full-process, and comprehensive monitoring of massive amounts of data.
Solution Customization
In the solution customization phase, pre-sales engineers at Hbony first align with the actual project conditions and strictly design and compile processes including drawing design, technical parameters, product configuration, technical specifications, installation and construction plans, and construction precautions in accordance with requirements, ensuring the effective implementation of the project.

Manufacturing
As the organizational unit for production, the Manufacturing Center attaches great importance to product manufacturing.
When orders are transmitted to the Manufacturing Center, the center collaborates with the Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Warehousing Departments. From the procurement, production, assembly, burn-in testing, quality inspection of LCD video wall units to their delivery, the departments provide closely linked support and coordination to ensure the on-schedule delivery of LCD video wall units.
In addition, quality assurance personnel conduct strict secondary random sampling inspections on all finished products for shipment, ensuring that every batch of LCD video wall units manufactured is reliable in quality and of high standard.
Project Construction
The installation of LCD video wall units is also a crucial part of the project construction process.
